BookFlix - Scholastic BookFlix is a new online literacy resource that pairs classic video storybooks from Weston Woods with related nonfiction eBooks from Scholastic to build a love of reading and learning. The engaging way to link fact and fiction, BookFlix reinforces early reading skills and introduces children to a world of knowledge and exploration.
To access BookFlix navigate to www.esasd.net
Under For Students select Library Portal choose your assigned elementary building
On the left side of the screen select PA Power Library
Select Children's Resources

From Home you must access through your public library's PA Power Library portal. This will require a library card username and password.
TumbleBookLibrary - TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of TumbleBooks animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by adding animation, sound, music and narration to existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.

Capstone Interactive, Follett Shelf and Lerner Digital - Capstone and Lerner interactive books use audio and animation to engage readers. They are perfect for ELL, emergent, struggling and reluctant readers. Follett Shelf is the platform used to store eBooks within each buildings online card catalog.

Under For Students select Library Portal choose your assigned elementary building
On the left side of the screen select eBooks
Icons with links to your building's collections will appear on the page that displays. All six elementary buildings have eBooks available through Follett Shelf. Bushkill, Middle Smithfield, JM Hill, Resica, and Smithfield all have Capstone collections. Bushkill and JM Hill have Lerner titles.
