JR is the Director of Technology for Western Montgomery Career & Technology Center in Limerick, PA. He holds a M.S. in Education from Wilkes University with a PDE specialist certification in Instructional Technology. He is an expert in web-based and mobile applications, specializing in Google Apps for Education, Moodle, multimedia editing, iPads, and Chromebooks. He is an authorized Google Education Trainer. On the instructional side, JR specializes in staff development, online course design, managing technology-integrated classrooms, and social media. From the technical side, he has overseen technology replacement plans, software imaging, enterprise support, and asset management for both Mac and PC platforms.
