SESSION DESCRIPTION: In this session, we will be discovering, developing, and discussing the concepts surrounding the Flipped Classroom and Flipped Learning. We will also talk about the transition from Flipped 1.0 to Flipped 3.0 and how The Flipping Philosophy centers around student engagement and motivation. During this session, attendees will be given the tools and resources needed to start flipping their classroom or take their flipped learning to the next level if they have already started. This session will be jam-packed with information and resources, so get ready to learn all you can about The Flipping Philosophy!

Bio: Hello! My name is Josh Korb and I am currently a Secondary Math Teacher from Eastern York High School located in Wrightsville, PA. I am happily married to my beautiful wife Chae and enjoy hanging out with my newborn son Brixon. I have been teaching high school Algebra and Geometry for three years and I am an educational technology supporter and fanatic. I am constantly looking for ways to enhance the educational atmosphere of my classroom and increase student motivation, involvement, and (ultimately) achievement. I have researched and implemented well over 100 online resources and continue to fine tune my teaching style. Every student learns differently and at their own pace, so why shouldn't education adapt to their educational needs. Therefore, I have embraced the ways of the flipped classroom and hybrid learning and continue to explore, modify and innovate.
